Delete your Dexr account

If you’d like to delete your Dexr account and all associated data, you can request this at any time.

To do so, please send an email to support@dexr.eu with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address linked to your Dexr account.

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Confirm your identity to ensure the security of your data.
2. Permanently delete your account and related personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Notify you by email once the process is complete.

⚠️ Please note: Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
