Release Notes January 2026

This release focuses on making Dexr more consistent and more reliable.
We've fixed a lot of issues both in the Stage and in the Stagebuilder.

Changes

Stage: Improved the module browser by adding a searchbar, filters and pagination
Stagebuilder: Simplified the filters for the module browser
Stage + Stagebuilder: Added the ability to randomize the order of options for both Say the correct thing and Select an answer
Stagebuilder: Be able to rearrange outcomes by drag and dropping them
Stagebuilder: Added actions to open or edit a module in a new tab including middle mouse click
Stage: Added the ability to fail a challenge
Stagebuilder: Be able to refresh pages without going back to the modules page every time
